Our primary focus for this show, titled ‘”Four Voices, is to present the individual perspectives of each artist’s work. Each artist’s voice is unique, informed by diverse genres, techniques, sensibilities, and aspirations. Yet, each artist utilizes colour to express ideas, emotions, and perceptions—arousing our imagination in the landscape or making connections to the felt mood, meaning or state of being.
It is our hope that in presenting these four bodies of work together in one show, that we will give the audience rich insight into the unique voice of each artist and collectively, the range of possibilities in contemporary art-making.
